Healthy hair tips for Men.

#1.Washing Hair

Washing your hair with cold water will help increase your blood circulation, on the scalp as it is essential for hair growth. It will eliminate dandruff, and reduce frizz, it allows your hair to shine. This detoxifies hair and keeps it hydrated, minimising oil production on your scalp, by tightening up the cuticle layer.

(P.S. The cuticle is the outermost part of the hair shaft. It is formed from dead cells, overlapping in layers, which form scales that strengthen and protect the hair shaft.)

#2. Use Herbal shampoo

Herbal shampoo is prepared with the use of traditional ayurvedic herbal, for cleansing the hair and scalp just like regular shampoo. It is used for the removal of oils, dandruff, dirt, environmental pollution, etc.

What makes it different from regular shampoo?

They are pure and organic, free from side effects there are no surfactants like SLS( Sodium Laureth Sulfate) used for the removal of oil and dirt but frequent use can damage your hair by making the hair dry and frizzy as it can cause hair loss.

There are specific shampoos for different hair types i.e.

All hair types – Argan Oil Shampoo, Coconut, Shikakai (Acacia Concinna), Heena shampoo, Saffron, and Tulsi (Holy Basil).

Dry – Sandalwood, Rosemary, and Tea Tree.

Oily – Nutgrass, Lemon, Matcha Green Tea, Avocado, and Mint.

Hair Growth – Henna, Hibiscus, and Argan Oil.

Dandruff and Hair Fall Treatment – Tulsi (Holy Basil), Neem(Azadirachta Indica), and Aloe Vera.

#3. Handle with Care

When I use the phrase “handle with care” it means while you get out of the shower about to dry your hair, you may be tempted to grab your towel, rub it, and be done with it. Where most people go wrong is, we aren’t supposed to be rough rubbing. It will result in breaking hair I would suggest you to gently pat your hair dry, doing this will help you avoid any unwanted damage.

#4. Turn down for what? “THE HEAT”

In case if you haven’t heard, about the fact that heat can damage your hair strands pretty badly. If you have been using a blow dryer on high heat, then you might want to turn it down. Frequent use of blow-drying on high heat will damage your hair badly. It’s ok for you to use a blow dryer on a cold setting because it will still let your hair stay moist. You won’t feel the dryness in your hair but what I would suggest is to let the hair dry naturally without damaging the hair. In certain situations, such as when you are late for work, you are allowed to use the blow dryer.

#5. Maintain your hair cut.

Trimming is important! While you haven’t grown long hair strands but still you need to keep your hair trimmed. To avoid unwanted split ends, improve hair texture, and allows your hair to look good and feel fresh.

Stay tuned because there’s more coming.
